DELIVERY :

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier.

To claim a refund or replacement of damaged products, it is imperative to issue precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery.

The shipments are:

  • Home delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

  • Right of withdrawal : If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt (providing proof) at your expense, to our warehouse.

  • For a refund or replacement of damaged products, it is essential to issue specific reservations upon delivery. Signing the package signifies acceptance of ownership, and at that time, neither the carrier nor Beldi Art will be responsible for the condition of the contents. In the absence of reservations made upon delivery, Beldi Art will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement, in accordance with transport legislation.
