General conditions of sale

Article 1 – Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between the company Beldi Art, SARL, and its customers.

These General Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the site and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.

These conditions may be modified at any time by Beldi Art without notice. The new conditions will be enforceable as soon as they are posted online for subsequent orders.

Each purchase on the site is subject to the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. The customer may only validate his order after having read these conditions and having accepted them by checking the dedicated box.

Article 2 – Purpose

The site allows Beldi Art to offer for sale various artisanal products, decoration, accessories, cosmetics, delicatessen, and any other product designed and selected by Beldi Art.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those that appear on the site on the day of consultation, within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

The photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractual. Variations in the shades, shapes or finishes of handmade objects are not considered defects but reflect their artisanal character.

Article 4 – Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, including VAT and excluding delivery costs. These are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change, particularly in the event of changes in VAT or any other applicable charge. Prices indicated at the time of ordering are guaranteed subject to obvious errors or significant changes in economic conditions.

Article 5 – Order and payment

The customer can place an order by selecting the desired products, creating a basket and following the validation steps.

Payment is made by credit card via secure platforms (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Beldi Art reserves the right to request proof of identity in the event of suspected fraud.

Article 6 – Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the country and the delivery method chosen.

In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed. He may then decide to cancel his order, subject to the conditions provided.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Warranty and liability

Beldi Art guarantees the conformity of the products sold, in compliance with the legislation in force. In the event of a proven defect, the customer may request an exchange or a refund.

However, Beldi Art cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of storage or use of the products by the customer.
